Help

Below is a list of common questions that might arise, we have listed them to save any future confusion or to save time.

Do you make money from the website?
I make no money what so ever from the website, in the three years now I have been involved with publishing the website I have never requested or received any money. We are not connected to the Amaru estate and I run the website as a hobby and unofficial tribute to Tupac.

Why is almost every image tagged with your site url (address)?
Because I make no money from the website im paying for the services to keep the website active, I tagged the majority of images for bandwidth issues (see next question).

What's this bandwidth issue?
Bandwidth is an essential part of running a website, normally a hosting company will offer a service with a limit on how much bandwidth you can consume per month. Bandwidth is the size of every uploadable website element when downloaded, so if you have a 1 megabyte .mp3 file and ten people download that your website will have used 10 megabytes. So seeing how 2pacinfo has its own limits it's in our interest to make sure 99.9% of our bandwidth is consumed by our website and nobody else's. These days its common to find that somebody else is consuming your bandwidth on their own website simply by linking directly to your files. Tagging the images doesn't garuntee that it will stop people using our bandwidth but if people link to our files it would be nice for the visitors to see where the files came from.

Im a webmaster can I like directly to your files?
No for the reason above, files can be tracked and I will always follow each case of consuming my bandwidth up.

Can I use your content if I host it myself?
If you would like to use anything on the website under these circumstances we would appreciate it if you contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an answer..

What's your policy on sourcing news?
If you want to use some of our news featured on our website which is our own news then we will require a simple link to us in the news item on your website, we will act accordingly when we publish other's news.

Will you remove content if not owned by yourself?
Definitely, if in the event a file is found which is not owned by 2pacinfo but hosted by us and the owner (who can provide proof) wants the file removed again please contact us and we will deal with the issue.

My account is no longer active at the forums, why?
We retain the right to terminate any account on the forums at any time, accounts however will only be terminated for good reason and 90% of the time you will know why prior to the account being terminated.

You didn't reply to my email why?
We will reply to any necessary emails and cant always garuntee that we will reply to requests that we have no time to for fill such as questions about Tupac and his work. If you would like to ask questions about trivial Tupac issues we suggest you register at our forums and ask our members.

Are you the same person who runs Str8Ballin.com?
Yes 2pacinfo.com is a website that was always on the agenda throughout the years I have been running str8ballin, more about me here.

Do you own o2deathrow.com?
No my other website Str8Ballin.com shares the forums with o2deathrow.com, if you have any questions about o2deathrow I suggest you visit the website and contact the administrator.

Finally, Is Tupac Shakur still alive?
I personally believe that he isn't, however you retain the right to have your own opinion.

If you have an issue which isn't covered above please feel free to contact us.
